My stay was fantastic! The location was amazing, with beautiful parks nearby and an easy access to public transport. It exceeded my previous experiences in bogota, especially with how helpful and friendly the staff were.

On my visit, the reception area had loud music at 1 AM, which could rattle anyone trying to get some sleep. The bar remained closed most of the time. The atmosphere felt somewhat disrupted by parties, especially when some guests chose to smoke in the halls, allowing smoke to seep into the rooms, not exactly the breezy escape you might hope for.

Our experience was disappointing from the start. The check-in process was chaotic. the staff couldn't find our reservation, and we were sent away to return later. When we returned, not only was there confusion, but they also had no rooms available as booked, leaving us scrambling for a place to stay in the middle of the night.

Location is super convenient with easy access to parks. The dirt on the bathroom floor went unattended during my stay.

Great location and comfy stay!

We spent 3 nights here as a couple. The area is super safe and we loved all the nearby parks. Getting around was easy with Uber. A big plus was the Claro shop for a SIM card just around the corner. The only awkward part was the food options in the restaurant were kinda limited, but we made it work.
